INGREDIENTS: D24 Ice Cream Powder
- Whole milk
- Skim milk
- Sugar
- D24 Durian Powder
Mix Ice Cream Powder with 3L hot water. Whip/blend it until smooth and light (approximately 2-3 times of original volume).
Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker and ready to serve. (approximately 114 cups)
